This Barrier Island Retreat is located just south of St Augustine’s Matanzas Inlet, on an island called Summer Haven. No cars are allowed on this beach as it is nearly private at times giving you the pleasure of tranquility as you take your peaceful strolls along the beach. You will make your way to the beach down a scenic path from the house, which is 600’ from the ocean. This modern, fully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachside home is nestled in the tree tops of native trees. Enjoy the spacious decks, ocean view and spectacular sunsets on the crow’s nest. There is a fireplace, covered parking and an outside shower. Double French doors open up to the decks that span two sides of the home. You will not only find tranquility in this custom beach home your pet will too. This is a pet friendly home, limited to 2 small pets, no more than 30 pounds each, with an additional pet fee. Our home is located in a small quiet residential neighborhood. There is fishing off the Matanzas Inlet Bridge as well as many other nearby sites. When your day is coming to an end you can relax while watching cable, movies, reading or bring your laptop PC, we have WIRELESS HI-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS (Wi-Fi).
Rates:
$150.00 per night, $900.00 per week (six nights), plus 2.49% credit card fee, 9% sales tax, $100 cleaning fee, 125.00 pet fee.Holiday weeks, additional cost, 1100.00 per week
